Motorized office chairs.

Stellar, right? It came to me during passing period one day in junior high. Being a lazy child, I hated extricating myself from one uncomfortable chair only to then move to another uncomfortable chair in the next classroom. Motorized office chairs would allow students to just power their way through the hallways. Heck, we could even put some yellow tape on the floor to keep traffic to the proper sides. Turn lanes, anyone? Could we get blinkers on those chairs? And baskets on them to hold books? Excellent.

Comfort and convenience. Smells like a great American idea to me. Just two hours in one of these babies will help you lose twenty pounds, too.
